When Color and Personal Touches Meet Intimate Wedding in the Park

Some weddings come our way that make us burst with excitement in their uniqueness! You can add Sabia & Sabina’s special day to that list. It was a color filled event, including an abundance of personality and thoughtful personal touches. Upon our first meeting, I knew I was going to love working with them and bringing their vision to life. It was a joy to watch our studio turn into a colorful space. And as I learned more about their vision to bring a retro feel to the day, I knew I could deliver through the floral design.

Can we pause to give a huge shoutout to Wildly Loved?! As the planner, Jenna ensured that every little detail fell into place for Sabina & Sabia. See how seamlessly it all came together below!

One thing every wedding needs is a strong vendor team to ensure that the couple’s vision is executed to perfection. We love how Maya from Maya Lovro Photography captured not only the couple but all the pretty little details of the day. From the ring boxes, to the boutonnieres and invitation suite. We admire their eye for a good shot!

One personal touch that we really loved about Sabia & Sabina’s day was the eclectic array of chairs for the ceremony. Each one was handpicked and thrifted by the couple. The end result? A perfectly mismatched display of chairs that help bring in that retro feel to the park.

The reception took place at taqueria-inspired Mexican restaurant, Tako Torta. We flowered the space with disco ball centerpieces and bright floral bud vases. The perfect compliment to a fun & quirky restaurant. Another element we loved about the reception is that there were games set up for everyone to enjoy (Keep scrolling to see the couple enjoying one). More unique receptions like this, please!
